How are itineraries built?

Each itinerary is hand-built by a curator who has been there. The system enforces structure, validates POIs and computes day-wise costs.

What does "unlock" do?

Unlocking gives you the full day-by-day with timings, costs, providers and bookable links — accessible from your dashboard, on web or installed PWA.

Can I share with my travel partner?

Yes. Each unlocked trip generates a protected share link you can send to your group, optionally PIN-protected.

Do you offer refunds?

Itineraries are digital products. Once unlocked they cannot be refunded. Reach out to support if a verified POI is closed and we will swap it.

How do POI health checks work?

A weekly job materialises every place in the database, checks against our sources, and unpublishes any trip with permanently closed POIs while we sort it out.

Is offline access supported?

Yes — install Itinerary Store as a web app on your phone for offline access to unlocked trips.
